Biography

• Born on 21.6.1967.;
• 1987. entered the Faculy of Applied Arts in Belgrade;
• 1991. won the first prize at the anonimous Yugoslavian competition for the sculptural solution of the monument dedecated to the famous Serbian comedian Branislav Nušić, at the Square of the Republic in Belgrade;
• 1992. graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts on the department for Applied Sculpture;
• 1992. realization of the Branislav Nušić monument , 345 cm, bronze, unveiled in 1993.;
• 1994. became member of ULUPUDS, Serbian asociaton of visual artists, applied artists and designers;
• 1995. realization of the sculpture "Otter", marble, dusiness center "Lutra", Belgrade;
• 1996. won the first prize at the Yugoslavian competition for the sculptural solution of the Nikola Pašić monument, the Square of Nikola Pašić in Belgrade;
• 1997. realization of the Nikola Pašić monument, 420 cm, total height 930 cm, bronze, unveiled in 1998.;
• 1998. the sculptural solution for the "Reward for the life work - Mića Popović" has been adopted;
• 1998. got a job at the Faculty for Applied Arts as an Assistant on the courses Sculpting I and Sculpting II;
• 1999. realization of the reward "Golden Archive" for the "Aleksandar Arnautović Foundation" established by Mergerit and Đurđica Arnautović 14. 12. 1998.;
• 1999. was awarded with the plaque for the creative results in previous 1998. year by the ULUPUDS assembly;
• 1999. realization of the bust of the famous writer Ljuba Nenadović for the First Belgrade Gymnasium;
• 1999. realization of the sculpture "Time", bronze, for "Delta clock" the Square of the Republic, Belgrade;
• 2000. reward on the international competition for the sculptural solution of the King Nikola I Petrović Njegoš monument in Nikšić, Montenegro;
• 2000. first prize on the federal competition for the sculptural solution of the King Aleksandar I Karađorđević monument in Niš, horseman sculpture;
• 2001., 2002., 2003. realization of the monument of King Aleksandar I Karađorđević in Niš, 440 cm, bronze;
• 2002., 2003. realization of eleven alegorical sculptures, 220 cm, cast marble, for the decorative facade of Yugoslav Drama Theatre building in Belgrade;
• 2004. in the National Museum in Belgrade defended the master's thesis on the topic of "Horseman sculpture as a memorial sculpture";
• 2004. realization of the "Double-headed Eagle" sculpture for the obelisk of President of the Republic of Serbia building;
• 2004. casting (january - august), installation (september) and unveiling (december) of the King Aleksandar I Karađorđević monument, total height 1220 cm, bronze, Square of the King Aleksandar I Karađorđević in Niš;
• 2005. first prize on the federal competition for the sculptural solution of the Despot Stefan Lazarević monument in Despotovac;
• 2006. realization of the Despot Stefan Lazarević monument, 400 cm, bronze;
• 2007. realization of the Dr Žarko Miladinović monument, 310 cm, bronze;
• 2007. unveiling of the Despot Stefan Lazarević monument;
